History

Lokre Companies is a commercial real estate development company that owns, develops, leases and manages retail, office, industrial, hospitality and mixed use properties throughout the Midwest and California. 

Lokre Companies started in Wausau, Wisconsin with a mission to develop, manage and broker properties in prime locations throughout Wisconsin.  The principal, Rolly Lokre had his vision after working many years in the construction trade and developing various properties and partnering with other local developers to develop in the Wausau and surrounding communities.  Through his experience of developing many residential, commercial and other properties in Central Wisconsin, Rolly focused his emphasis onto developing prime locations and constructing buildings that were a step above the norm for the area.  You will find Lokre properties are located in prime high visibility and traffic locations with buildings and sites that are built to the highest standards which create an upscale appeal and attraction.

Today, Lokre Companies has expanded into Davenport, Iowa market with the acquisition of four prime retail power centers.   Lokre's team of dedicated and experienced people work out of the corporate office in Plover, Wisconsin and the brokerage and property management office located in Wausau, Wisconsin.  The Lokre team all share in Rolly's vision and work hard to fulfill the companies Mission.  This dedication is reflected in the many satisfied and successful partnerships that Lokre has developed over the years.
